- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and raspberries gently. Pour into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, do not overbake and use fresh raspberries. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
