A delightful twist on a classic beverage that blends the tartness of lemonade with the creaminess of whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pink lemonade mix
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Whip together ¼ cup pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream on high until thickened with stiff peaks.
  2. In two glasses, add 1 tablespoon of pink lemonade mix and ¾ cup water each, stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add ice to each glass until they are 2/3 full.
  4. Top with pink lemonade whipped cream and stir into the lemonade before drinking.

Notes

Serve chilled in clear glasses to showcase the pink color. Garnish with a lemon slice or mint for added flair.
