Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup if using.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, ensuring the watermelon and mint are well combined.
- Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the mixture reaches a slushie consistency, thick and refreshing.
- Taste the slushie and adjust the sweetness if necessary, then serve immediately in glasses, garnished with extra mint leaves for a beautiful presentation.
