  • Lettuce leaves

  • Cooked shrimp or tofu
  • Julienned vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice vinegar
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Chop vegetables and herbs finely. If using shrimp, ensure they are cooked and peeled. Cube and cook tofu in a pan until golden.
  2. Soften Rice Paper: Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Place a lettuce leaf in the center of the wrapper. Layer in fresh herbs, your choice of protein, and julienned vegetables.
  4. Rolling the Salad: Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom to the top like a burrito.
  5. Preparing the Dipping Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, and water until smooth and creamy.
