Instructions
- Preparation: Chop vegetables and herbs finely. If using shrimp, ensure they are cooked and peeled. Cube and cook tofu in a pan until golden.
- Soften Rice Paper: Dip rice paper wrappers in warm water for about 10 seconds until pliable.
