- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to prevent overcooking.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant—about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the fresh crab meat and heavy cream, cooking until everything is heated through and combined. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Finally, toss the cooked linguine into the skillet with the crab sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half or a plant-based cream alternative. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining to help thin the sauce if necessary.
