- 1 box (3 oz) flavored Jello (any color)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Colored sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the flavored Jello until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, blending until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in colored sprinkles.
- Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between for spreading.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
