Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes (with their juices), milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until the cheese melts completely and the dip is smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Once melted and well combined, remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes
