- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes (with their juices), milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently until the cheese melts completely and the dip is smooth (about 5-7 minutes).
- Once melted and well combined, remove from heat and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of milk if necessary.
