Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Scatter mixed berries and chocolate chips over the yogurt and press down slightly.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month for best results. Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
