Ingredients

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup French fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the green beans, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then mix with the green bean mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with French fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding grated cheese on top. Fresh herbs can also be used instead of dried ones.
