Description

A refreshing and nutritious turmeric smoothie packed with anti-inflammatory properties, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, banana, turmeric powder, ginger powder, honey (if using), and cinnamon.
  2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps and everything is well incorporated.
  3. If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until you achieve your desired chill and consistency.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy your healthy turmeric smoothie right away!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Shake well before consuming leftovers.
