- 200g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 can tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup cooked corn
- 1 cup cream or sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained tuna, frozen peas, cooked corn, cream or sour cream, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spread it evenly, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, let cool, then transfer to an airtight container. It will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
