- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar or American)
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the drained tuna with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed, and set aside.
- Spread the tuna mixture evenly on two slices of bread.
- Top with slices of cheese and cover with remaining slices of bread.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
