- 1 cup frozen mango chunks (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (hulled)
- 1 ripe banana (peeled and frozen)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your fruits are frozen for the best texture.
- Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, and frozen banana to a blender. Include Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds if using. Pour the milk over the top.
- Secure the lid and blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use less milk. Add ice if using fresh fruit.
