Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients. Ensure your fruits are frozen for the best texture.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, and frozen banana to a blender. Include Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and chia seeds if using. Pour the milk over the top.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
