Ingredients

- 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1 inch Fresh Ginger (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 1/2 inch Fresh Turmeric (peeled and roughly chopped, or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 cup Coconut Water (or almond milk, or water)
- 1/2 Ripe Banana (optional)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- Pinch Black Pepper
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and peel the fresh ginger and turmeric. If you’re using a banana, peel and slice it.
- Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
- Pour immediately into two glasses and serve fresh.
Notes
For extra nutrition, add spinach or kale. Use frozen fruits for a frostier texture.
