Description

A refreshing and indulgent dessert combining creamy cheesecake flavor with fresh berries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Gently mix them together.
  2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the mixed berries and toss gently to coat.
