  • 1/2 cup coffee syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for toasting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat or prepare campfire skewers if you’re toasting outdoors.
  2. If using a skillet, add coconut oil and let it heat. Add vegan marshmallows and toast until golden brown.
  3. Remove marshmallows from heat and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle warm coffee syrup over the marshmallows.
  4. Serve warm with extra coffee syrup on the side.

Notes

Store any leftover marshmallows in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
