- 1 cup vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup coffee syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for toasting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat or prepare campfire skewers if you’re toasting outdoors.
- If using a skillet, add coconut oil and let it heat. Add vegan marshmallows and toast until golden brown.
- Remove marshmallows from heat and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle warm coffee syrup over the marshmallows.
- Serve warm with extra coffee syrup on the side.
Notes
Store any leftover marshmallows in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
