Description

A vibrant and cheesy appetizer featuring roasted cherry tomatoes, three creamy cheeses, and fresh basil.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, roasted
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crostini or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven until they are blistered and slightly caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Mix in a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and the roasted tomatoes.
  4. Stir in the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve warm with crostini or crackers.

Notes

For added flavor, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
