- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, roasted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crostini or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast the cherry tomatoes in the oven until they are blistered and slightly caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Mix in a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and the roasted tomatoes.
- Stir in the fresh basil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve warm with crostini or crackers.
Notes
For added flavor, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top before serving.
