- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together curry powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once ready, thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has beautiful grill marks. Serve with rice or a fresh salad.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken for 2 hours or overnight. Soak wooden skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
