Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine shredded chicken and teriyaki sauce in a bowl, mixing well until coated.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps on a flat surface.
- Place a handful of lettuce, bell peppers, carrots, and green onions onto each wrap.
- Spoon the teriyaki chicken mixture on top of the veggies.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wraps in half, if desired, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately or pack for lunch.
Notes
To keep wraps fresh, store chicken and veggies separately from tortillas if storing leftovers.
