Description

Delightful apple fritters with a crispy exterior and tender, fluffy center, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray for air fryer

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Drop batter into the basket, leaving space between each fritter. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove the fritters from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze for serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
