- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the blueberries and shredded cheese on the cream cheese side.
- Top with the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and enjoy!
