  2. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes thinly for even baking.
  3. Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt, adding optional seasonings if desired.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Allow to cool before serving.
