Instructions

- Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the sweet potatoes thinly for even baking.
- Toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil and salt, adding optional seasonings if desired.
- Arrange the slices in a single layer on baking sheets. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Allow to cool before serving.
