A refreshing salad combining fresh fruits with sugar-free Jello, perfect for summer picnics and potlucks.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 cup sugar-free Jello (lemon flavor)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar-free Jello in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water to the Jello mixture and mix well.
- Allow the Jello mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, add the fresh fruit to the Jello mixture and stir gently to combine.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing side or dessert option at your picnic or potluck.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best texture and flavor, enjoy within the first couple of days.
