Description

A refreshing salad combining fresh fruits with sugar-free Jello, perfect for summer picnics and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar-free Jello (lemon flavor)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar-free Jello in the boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the cold water to the Jello mixture and mix well.
  3. Allow the Jello mixture to cool to room temperature.
  4. Once cooled, add the fresh fruit to the Jello mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve chilled as a refreshing side or dessert option at your picnic or potluck.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For best texture and flavor, enjoy within the first couple of days.
