A refreshing and fruity strawberry slushy that’s easy to make and perfect for cooling down on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 12 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients including frozen strawberries, cold water, sweetener, lemon juice, and optional ice cubes.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, cold water, honey or sugar, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. If thicker texture is desired, add ice cubes and blend again until fully crushed and smooth.
  4. Taste the slushy and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or sugar if needed, then blend briefly.
  5. Pour the slushy into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
