Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Fill with the fruit mixture and dot with butter.
- Cover with another layer of pie crust or create a lattice pattern. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Allow the pie to cool before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Can store at room temperature for 2 days or refrigerate for 5 days.
