- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry sauce
- 1 cup crushed strawberries
- 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your springform pan by lightly greasing it.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until incorporated.
- Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, layer with fresh and crushed strawberries, then add the remaining mixture. Smooth the top, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with strawberry sauce and sprinkle with strawberry crunch topping.
Notes
For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Can be frozen for up to 2 months, thaw before serving.
