Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry sauce
  • 1 cup crushed strawberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberry crunch topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare your springform pan by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of sugar until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a crust. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, layer with fresh and crushed strawberries, then add the remaining mixture. Smooth the top, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Before serving, drizzle with strawberry sauce and sprinkle with strawberry crunch topping.

Notes

For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight. Can be frozen for up to 2 months, thaw before serving.
