- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, strawberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Scoop and serve!
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe strawberries. You can substitute other fruits, or try Greek yogurt for a different twist.
