- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup strawberry sauce (optional)
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Top with a small amount of chopped strawberries.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water and fold over to seal, making sure there are no air pockets.
- Heat oil in a deep pan suitable for frying.
- Fry the wonton bites until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and drain the bites on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with strawberry sauce before serving.
