Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and strawberry puree.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, alternating with whole milk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
