Description

A delightful dessert combining fresh strawberries and bananas with smooth vanilla pudding, layered with crispy graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups of sliced bananas
  • 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the pudding mixture until well combined and fluffy.
  3. In a large serving dish, layer graham cracker crumbs, sliced strawberries, banana slices, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  4. Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to firm up. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the pudding mixture. Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
