- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 2 cups of sliced bananas
- 1 box of vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Graham cracker crumbs (for layering)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it set for about 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the pudding mixture until well combined and fluffy.
- In a large serving dish, layer graham cracker crumbs, sliced strawberries, banana slices, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
- Refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the pudding to firm up. Enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the pudding mixture. Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
