Description

A delightful quiche made with fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and a creamy cheese custard, perfect for brunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pre-bake pie crust for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to egg mixture and stir gently.
  4. Pour mixture into pre-baked pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
