- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped (canned or frozen, thawed)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Pre-bake pie crust for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to egg mixture and stir gently.
- Pour mixture into pre-baked pie crust and bake for 35-40 minutes, until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
