Description

A creamy and cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip that is perfect for gatherings and pairs well with various dippers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensure your spinach is well-drained to avoid a watery dip.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, and minced garlic. Mix until all ingredients are well blended and creamy.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Spread the creamy mixture evenly into a baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly browned on top.
  4. Once baked, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for dipping.

Notes

For added flair, sprinkle some extra grated Parmesan on top or garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
