Ingredients

- 2 cups thawed and drained spinach
- 1 can (14 oz) chopped artichoke hearts, drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Phyllo pastry or wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- If using phyllo pastry, cut into squares. If using wonton wrappers, prepare as per package instructions.
- Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square or wrapper and seal. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure spinach is well drained to avoid a watery filling. Can be prepared ahead and frozen.
