Description

Creamy and flaky bite-sized treats perfect for parties, made with spinach and artichokes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups thawed and drained spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Phyllo pastry or wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  3. If using phyllo pastry, cut into squares. If using wonton wrappers, prepare as per package instructions.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each square or wrapper and seal. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.

Notes

Ensure spinach is well drained to avoid a watery filling. Can be prepared ahead and frozen.
