- 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzel rods
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzel rods with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar, granulated sugar, and ranch dressing mix, then add eggs and sour cream, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the pretzel crust and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Can be drizzled with ranch dressing or served with whipped cream.
