- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them dry for a few minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dried potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Fry until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika.
- Serve the crispy potatoes hot with the sauce on the side.
