Description

Crispy and flavorful Spicy Potatoes with a perfect blend of spices and a zesty dipping sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them dry for a few minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the dried potatoes, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Fry until golden and crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, and smoked paprika.
  6. Serve the crispy potatoes hot with the sauce on the side.

Notes

For a healthier option, you can bake the potatoes instead of frying them.
