Description

Savory bites of beef or turkey combined with cheese and jalapeños, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef or turkey, shredded cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with fresh lime wedges on the side.
