- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground beef or turkey, shredded cheese, cream cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into balls about the size of a golf ball and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm with fresh lime wedges on the side.
