- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sriracha, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the stir-fry mixture over warm cooked rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
