  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and sriracha, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the stir-fry mixture over warm cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
