Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, letting the pasta absorb the flavors. Remove from heat and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or ricotta cheese. To make it gluten-free, swap traditional pasta with gluten-free pasta.
