Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef strips over medium heat until browned.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
