- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup burger sauce (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the ground beef in the preheated skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the burger sauce on the naan bread, then layer with cooked beef and cheddar cheese.
- Place the flatbreads in the skillet, cover, and melt the cheese for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Serve immediately, cut into halves or quarters.
