Description

Quick and easy flatbreads topped with ground beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise)
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the ground beef in the preheated skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix the burger sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Spread the burger sauce on the naan bread, then layer with cooked beef and cheddar cheese.
  5. Place the flatbreads in the skillet, cover, and melt the cheese for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet and top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
  7. Serve immediately, cut into halves or quarters.
