S’mores Lasagna

Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, topped with chocolate syrup.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the base.
  2. Layer half of the chocolate pudding over the crust, smoothing it out to create an even layer.
  3. Add a layer of half of the whipped cream, spreading it gently over the chocolate pudding.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers by adding the remaining chocolate pudding, followed by the remaining whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup to add that signature s’mores touch.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.

Notes

For best results, let it chill overnight. Use instant pudding for quicker setting.
