- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well blended.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with vanilla ice cream or chocolate drizzle. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days or freeze for longer storage.
