Description

Tender and flavorful smoked baby back ribs infused with a smoky essence and coated in barbecue sauce, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Baby back ribs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Wood pellets or chips (hickory or applewood)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Ninja Woodfire grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Generously season both sides of the ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs in the grill. Smoke for 4-5 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
  5. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of smoking.
  6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

For a variety of flavors, experiment with different wood types and seasonings. Serve with classic sides like coleslaw or baked beans.
