Ingredients
- Baby back ribs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Barbecue sauce
- Wood pellets or chips (hickory or applewood)
Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja Woodfire grill to 225°F (107°C).
- Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Generously season both sides of the ribs with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned ribs in the grill. Smoke for 4-5 hours, or until they reach an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of smoking.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a variety of flavors, experiment with different wood types and seasonings. Serve with classic sides like coleslaw or baked beans.
