Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes


Description

A wonderfully simple side dish that combines the flavors of onion and buttery potatoes in a slow cooker, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 45 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Lipton onion soup mix, water, and melted butter together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir gently. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Check for tenderness and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to maintain moisture.
