A wonderfully simple side dish that combines the flavors of onion and buttery potatoes in a slow cooker, perfect for busy days.

- 4–5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of butter, melted
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix the Lipton onion soup mix, water, and melted butter together.
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and stir gently. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for tenderness and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water to maintain moisture.
