  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan over low heat for about a minute on each side until pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, avocado, and salsa. Garnish with cilantro.
