Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan over low heat for about a minute on each side until pliable.
