Description

A delightful shrimp pasta dish with tender shrimp, al dente pasta, garlic, and tomatoes, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  8. Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

For variety, feel free to add spinach or use different pasta shapes.
