Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss the shrimp into the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
For variety, feel free to add spinach or use different pasta shapes.
