Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.

- In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just blended.

Notes
Don’t overmix the batter; a few lumps are okay for fluffy pancakes. Customizable with fruits or chocolate chips.
