Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a sheet pan.

  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just blended.

Notes

Don’t overmix the batter; a few lumps are okay for fluffy pancakes. Customizable with fruits or chocolate chips.
