- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cooked pasta or rice (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture until the turkey is browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally to break the turkey apart.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. If desired, mix in cooked pasta or rice for a heartier meal. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
