- 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup frozen or fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chicken, rice, broccoli, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well and transfer to the baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and more bacon if desired. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving and garnish with green onions.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared in advance and refrigerated before baking. It also freezes well for later use.
