- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Small strawberries (to garnish)
- Sugar (optional, for rimming)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the boiling water and strawberry Jello. Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water to the bowl and mix well until everything is combined.
- Pour the mixture into shot glasses. Then, refrigerate until set, which usually takes about 2-4 hours.
- Once the Jello is set, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream. Place a small strawberry on top of the cream to resemble a Santa hat. If desired, rim the glasses with sugar before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For optimal freshness, keep the whipped cream and strawberries separate until ready to serve.
